Private API Access
The FuseSign Private API allows approved organisations to build custom integrations with FuseSign.
Access to the Private API is only available on the FuseSign Enterprise plan.

What the Private API Can Be Used For
The Private API enables developers to integrate FuseSign with other systems and automate document workflows. Common use cases include:
CRM integrations to sync contact data between systems
Creating draft bundles in FuseSign from external applications
Sending bundles for signature from another platform
If you have another use case in mind, it can be discussed during the technical review process.
Reasonable Use
Access to the Private API is subject to fair and reasonable usage.
FuseWorks monitors API usage to ensure platform stability and security.
If usage places excessive load on the platform or falls outside the agreed use case, API access may be limited or disabled.
AI Integrations
FuseSign supports integrations with AI-powered applications where they enhance document workflows.
Any AI-based integration must comply with FuseSign security standards and will be reviewed during the technical approval process.

Schedule a technical call with the FuseWorks team to review your integration and confirm the use case.API Access Issued

Build the Integration
Your development team builds the integration.
The FuseWorks technical team can provide guidance during development.Go Live Review
Before launch, you will present the integration to the FuseSign team.Production Access Enabled
Once approved, the bundle watermark will be removed and the integration can go live.
