System Requirements

FuseSign is a device-agnostic, browser-based software and designed for ease of use and access— all you need is a modern web browser and a network connection. Additional recommendations are provided below for viewing and interacting with signed PDF documents.

For Bundle Senders

To send documents using FuseSign:

• Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

• Network Connection: A reliable internet connection is required to upload documents and send bundles.

• PDF Reader: While sending does not require a PDF viewer, you may want one to review documents externally before sending or after receiving the signed copies.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar PDF viewer is recommended, supporting PDF version 1.5 or higher, to ensure full visibility of the digital certificate and metadata.

  • Some browsers can display PDFs natively, but digital certificate information may not be visible in this view.

For Bundle Signers

To receive and sign documents:

• Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Mobile browsers are also supported.

• Network Connection: A reliable internet connection is required to view and sign documents.

• PDF Reader: Required only if downloading or reviewing signed documents.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar PDF viewer is recommended, supporting PDF version 1.5 or higher, to ensure full visibility of the digital certificate and metadata.

  • Some browsers can display PDFs natively, but digital certificate information may not be visible in this view.

Note: Secure networks (such as corporate Wi-Fi) or the use of certain security browser add-ons or VPNs may interfere with your ability to view and sign documents.

Additional Recommendations

• Keep your browser up-to-date for security and performance improvements.

• Ensure your device meets minimum performance standards for smooth document viewing and signing (modern processor and sufficient memory).
