Feature Requests and Feedback
If you have an idea for the software that would streamline your workflow or solve a challenge you’re facing, we’d love to hear from you! Your feedback directly helps shape future enhancements, so please send your feature requests and ideas through to support@fuse.work.
How we use your feedback at Fuse
We value feedback deeply— it’s a big part of our journey as a provider, and many of our current features began as requests or ideas sent in by everyday users of the software.
At the same time, we are not able to build every idea that is submitted. Each request must be taken into consideration against the impact on other users and existing functionality.
To keep the product reliable, simple, and useful for our customers we capture feedback consistently and review it regularly.
How we handle feedback
When you submit feedback, our team will:
Log every feedback and request, so nothing is lost or forgotten
Group similar requests to identify patterns and demand
Review this information regularly as part of development planning
How we make decisions
We prioritise improvements that:
Reduce risk for us and our users, and protect credibility with clients
Improve day-to-day usability and reduce friction for customers
Help Fuse grow sustainably for the customers we are best suited to serve
We also consider implementation complexity and long-term product maintainability as part of this process.
What we can and can’t promise
We can promise:
Your feedback is captured and reviewed
We use the collected data to help guide priorities
We can’t promise:
Every request will be built
Timelines for items that aren’t formally planned
How to share feedback
The best way to share feedback is by contacting our support team directly on support@fuse.work, or through your account contact. To ensure we have a good understanding of the request and how to correctly prioritise it, it’s very helpful to us if you can include:
The problem you’re trying to solve
What’s frustrating or time-consuming
Any context about your workflow or process that our software is involved with
Thank you for taking the time to help us improve our products.
