Each FuseSign plan has an allocated inbox storage limit based on the plan size.

The file size of PDF documents attached to bundles that are in the Completed stage count towards this limit, similar to email inbox storage.

This limit is in place as a security measure to ensure FuseSign is not used as a long-term storage inbox and in turn encourage best practice for document management once have been finalised and returned to your completed folder.

Bundles in the Active stage do not count towards your inbox storage limit.

Increasing Storage Capacity

If your completed bundles have reached the storage limit, you will need to archive bundles (refer Document Finalisation and Bundle Stages), or increase your plan size.

Once bundles are moved to a pending archive state, your available storage capacity will increase.
