The Business Events page provides a comprehensive Event Log that tracks important updates and activities within your account. This feature is designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and ease of troubleshooting by allowing administrators to monitor user and system actions in real time.
You can access this page from app.fuse.work > Business Events
From here you can:
Keep Track of Account Activity: Stay informed about changes made to users, permissions, and system settings.
Maintain an Audit Trail: Easily identify who performed specific actions and when, supporting accountability and compliance.

Types of Events Logged
System
User Management:
When users are added, modified, or archived.
When a user is assigned a product licence.
When a user is added to or removed from a permission group.
Security:
When a user requests a password or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) reset.
FuseSign
Licensing:
When a user removes a FuseSign licence.
Integrations:
When an integration is connected or disconnected.
Archiving:
When a user requests to download documents from the archive.
Billing
Subscription Management:
When a user starts or updates a subscription.
Payment Details:
