What to Expect: Optimisation Phase

The goal of the optimisation phase is to make any adjustments required to your solution to ensure that we've delivered the outcomes that we identified early on in the project.  

We've designed your customised FuseDocs solution to suit your environment so we need your feedback if anything isn't working as expected, or if we've missed something during the process.

We will: 

• Check in with your FuseDocs Champion/s regularly during the Optimisation Phase

• Turn around process adjustments identified in the first two weeks within 2 business days

• Provide dedicated consultant support for process optimisations identified in the first eight weeks

• Provide ongoing Helpdesk support from our team of consultants and developers
