It has been found that specific settings on some browsers can affect the rendering of PDF files displayed in FuseSign. The underlying files are not affected, this is a preview issue only.
If you find that PDFs are displaying with distorted text please follow the below instructions to turn off Accelerated 2D rendering in your browser.
If PDFs are still not displaying correctly you may need to consider upgrading to Windows 11 or updating your graphic card.
Open Chrome > enter "chrome://flags" into the address bar > hit enter.
Search for "accelerated 2d canvas" and change the setting to Disabled.
Open Edge > select "Settings" from the Settings and More (three-dotted) button on the top-right corner.
Search for "Use hardware acceleration when available" and change the setting to Disabled.
Open Opera > click on the Menu button.
Select Settings from the drop-down options.
Choose Advanced and click browser from the left pane.
Locate the System section and toggle off the icon beside the Use hardware acceleration when available.
