Bundle Actions Not Available

FuseSign bundles can be created on your behalf via our third party integrations. These are known as externally created bundles.

You can tell if a bundle has been externally created by looking at top of the bundle review page.

These bundles can have restrictions around what actions can be performed from within FuseSign, often including sending reminders, finalise now, bundle retraction, and bundle archiving.

This options will be disabled (greyed out) if they cannot be performed within FuseSign.

Please contact the integration partner directly for help with performing these restricted actions on externally created bundles.
