Using Annotations

Annotations can be used include additional information on your structure diagrams, whether that is for internal use or external use. 

To use your annotations, select 'Add Annotation' within the edit screen.

Annotations can be moved around on the structure diagram using a click and drag method.

If you would like to use your annotations for internal use only and not have them appear on the final document for the client, deselect the 'show' check box. This means that your annotation will no longer show on the structure diagram and can be used for internal notes.
