FuseCharts is not opening

Problem: When you try to launch FuseCharts nothing happens.

Solution: We have found that a number of Anti-virus software products block FuseCharts from launching. This is because FuseCharts is a new application and a number of providers do not yet "know" FuseCharts. This will resolve over time as more firms use FuseCharts. We suggest you contact your IT department and ask them to add a "whitelist" entry to the FuseCharts executable path, this path is: %localappdata%\FuseWorks\FuseCharts\FuseCharts.exe
